While everyone was playing and hanging out in the Courtyard, suddenly blue gas and a bamf sound came upon them, Kurt teleported in. He was a new man, not afraid and shy anymore. He saw a familiar woman and an unfamiliar girl sitting in the shade far away from the others and the sun. He walked over there. "Ororo? You, you look so different, with your hair and you look mroe strong too. Did I miss something?" He had a questioned face. Then looked at the girl. "Hello. I am Kurt Wagner, also known as the Nightcrawler. Who may you be?"

She glanced over at the new comer, and immediately knew who he was, based on his appearance and his accent. Nightcrawler had been the talk of everyone when he had arrived, mostly because of his blue skin and his amazing teleporting abilities. But Destiny thought, at first glance, that he looked like a friend.
"I'm Destiny Halliwell, codenamed Oracle," she smiled, extending a hand as she forgot her nightmares for just a moment. "It's a pleasure to meet you Kurt."
Of course, Destiny had been coming to Xavier's for a few years, but as the quiet and shy one, she wasn't surprised when Kurt asked for her name. Few people knew who she was, even fewer knew she existed.

He looked at her and smiled, and wouldn't have thought she was in a depressed mood. He took her hand and shook it gently.
"Very pretty name, Destiny. And Oracle may be your codename, I am sure of that." He thought of what her mutant powers could have been, but didn't ask her, until he introduced his.
"They call me the Nightcrawler, because of how I look. And my abilities. I can teleport you see." He teleported to the top of the tree and back, making bamf noises. "And i am known for being one of the best acrobat, you see my spine is flexible, and so is all of my body. That is just to sum it up." He did a little hand stand then flipped bakwards, then teleported to where he stood before.
"Oh, sorry, miss. But, may I ask what your gift may be?" He sat down in front of her ans Storm, and looked like a little kid, in school.

She smiled, seeing how polite the young man was. It was nice to see, especially after all of the ridicule and torture Destiny had been enduring over the past few nights. She was sure that she would get along with Kurt just fine.
"Telekinesis and fire manipulation," she said quietly. "My friends used to call me Oracle because I could finish their sentences and tell them what the future held at random moments. It was more of a game than a power at that point."
When he sat down before her, and leapt lightly out of the tree, sitting down on the ground with him so that they were eye level. She was pleased to see that he wasn't afraid of her as many people were.
